Join the ONE Wake Public Transportation Team for an important meeting to discuss our plan to participate in the Wake Transit Update public engagement process, which will determine how hundreds of millions in transit funds will be invested across the county.

After some delay, the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization has released dates and locations for the first of a series of public engagement events running from May - mid June. These events represent a major opportunity for ONE Wake members to influence the update process, in particular, to call for increased investment in public transportation programs like SmartRide that serve outer municipalities and rural areas.
